Joe Biden gave a speech in Pennsylvania yesterday and appeared to have changed his mind on the issue of fracking.

On Monday, Quebec’s Premier cited the recent ‘slacking’ of safety guidelines for the potential of another lockdown, warning that if people do not start abiding by the rules again he will be forced to re-impose the lockdown.

There has been a rise of homeless encampments near large cities in North America and Montreal has fallen to the same fate in recent months.
