On Wednesday, July 6, the European Union parliament voted to adopt green energy labeling proposed rules which would label certain energy projects as climate-friendly investments.

The Conservative Party of Canada announced that the Mayor of Brampton, Ontario Patrick Brown was disqualified from running in the leadership race due to “concerns about their compliance with our Rules and Procedures and/or the Canada Elections Act.”
