According to the Rasmussen poll, more than half of voters also believe that firing workers for non-compliance will hurt the U.S. economy.

The poll found that 52% of Likely U.S. Voters say they support American workers that refuse to comply with workplace vaccine mandates.

Thirty-eight percent (38%) of Likely U.S. Voters do not support workers who are resisting workplace vaccine mandates.

Ten percent (10%) of respondents are not sure where they stand on the issue.

On Thursday, November 4, the Biden Administration announced that workers at companies with 100 or more workers must implement a vaccine mandate by January 4, 2022, or undergo weekly testing and wear masks.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) said companies that fail to comply could face penalties of nearly $14,000 per violation.

It is being estimated that between 84 to 101 million U.S. workers will be impacted by the mandate.
