A Clark County poll worker whistleblower who worked for the county elections department alleges in a sworn affidavit that the poll leader instructed poll workers to register voters who did not have proper Nevada ID or Driver’s License.

The poll worker alleges that the poll leader instructed poll workers to instead have individuals without proper identification to make an appointment with the DMV and use the proof of their appointment confirmation as an identification number on their voter registration.

The affidavit states that after the individual did this they were then “permitted to vote with a provisional ballot, even though their appointments were not until January of 2021. We were told this was being allowed all over the Valley, at all polling places.”

Continuing that “We were told to add two zeros (“00”) to the DMV confirmation number and put it where the Driver’s License/ID number was supposed to go when we filled in the registration form on line.”

It is currently unclear whether or not this is a legally allowed identification method for registering to vote in the state of Nevada.

The affidavit also alleges that during the early voting period that the Biden/Harris campaign had either a bus, tent, or table in the polling locations parking lot offering food, drink, and political memorabilia to voters. Additionally, the campaign on several occasions had speakers, dancers, music, and other festivities going on.

The whistleblower claims that the poll leader “had to go out several times a day to tell the Biden/Harris team they had to stay 100 feet from the polling location doors. As they would give folks signs to carry up to the door coming to vote.”

The affidavit additionally alleges that during the whistleblower’s lunch breaks they witnessed “two people handing multiple unopened mail in ballot envelopes to two other people who then opened and filled out the ballots against the side of the Biden/Harris van.”

“These individuals were not poll workers.”

The whistleblower claims that this practice continued and told their poll leader about the incidences they witnessed but that “After a period of time she told me she called the Clark County Elections office and someone told her nothing could be done about the ballots or envelopes I saw being handled outside at the Biden/Harris area.”

This affidavit will be a part of a larger legal case to be lodged in the state of Nevada. More details to come.
