During media appearances, Pete Buttigieg said that in order to end the pandemics and thus end the supply chain disruptions, people need to get vaccinated.

“For the long term, the best thing we can do about that is invest in our infrastructure. For the very short time, there are steps we can take in and around the ports that we think are helping,” Buttigieg said on Fox News Sunday.

“And in the medium-term, again, at risk of repeating myself, if we really want to see all of these disruptions end, we’ve got to end the pandemic. That’s what getting everybody vaccinated is all about,” Buttigieg said.

During an appearance on CNN, Pete Buttigieg said that the only way to resolve the supply chain issues being experienced is to “put the pandemic in the rearview mirror.”
