On November 2, 2022, Elon Musk Tweeted that he would not be banning the ElonJet Twitter account that had been tracking his private jet due to his “commitment to free speech” which he said, “extends even to not banning the account following my plane, even though that is a direct personal safety risk”.

However, approximately a month later on December 14, 2022, the ElonJet account appeared to be banned on Twitter for unknown reasons except for allegedly violating “Twitter Rules”.
The account in question used publicly available information to track Mr. Musk’s private jet.

The owner of the account Jack Sweeney also has had his personal Twitter account banned alongside the ElonJet account.
The other accounts Jack Sweeney ran that tracked other flights were also banned.
UPDATE: It appears the Russian oligarch private jet trackers Jack ran were also suspended along with Elon’s jet tracker @ElonJet and Jack’s personal account 🤔 pic.twitter.com/6FA86s0rD6

Users on Twitter also pointed out that the information posted by these flight tracking accounts is available to anyone using flight tracker apps.
BTW, even though @elonjet has been banned from Twitter, you can easily track Elon's private jet by entering its tail number N628TS into flight tracker apps like flightradar24. All the information is completely public, as it has to be by law.
